David is an RICS Accredited Mediator with over 40 years experience in the construction, leisure and environmental industries. David has over 23 years experience gained in local government at senior management level and extensive experience in general construction, engineering and specialist sub-contract works.
David is committed and believes in Mediation as the most positive, non judgemental, confidential and risk free route to settlement of disputes in a fair and equitable way suitable to all parties involved.
David’s main areas of specialism are mediation, evaluation and settlement of claims, resolution of construction disputes, post contract services, negotiation and resolution of disputes without litigation, team building and staff development.
